When you see money as time and sacrifice….you see it in the proper light. You become apprehensive to spend it. You think harder how to spend it. This is why work is essential to a person's life to get that perspective.

Dave’s program teaches people to retire a millionaire and to work your whole life, if your interested in having a life and becoming more successful at a younger age I recommend you stop watching this show for your sake.

What Dave says about the psychology of saving or spending is at the heart of the matter. I am hard-wired to be a saver so I get how it might be to live on the other side. Some people think spenders are just stupid or morally deficient but that's not right. They do need to override their tendency to overspend just as I need to override my tendency to oversave.

If you give make sure you don’t record it and post it on Social Media for likes! Thats the problem with this generation. Everyone wants to look like a good person for the Internet.

It doesn't matter how much money that you can afford… NO ONE NEEDS A BIG HOME… Unless you're using it to truly serve the Lord… Seriously… God didn't give you a mansion for just you! Lol…

We must constantly evaluate where we are saving our money and who is advising us. My wife and I started in our mid 20s by sheer luck, but the strategy was not great. After a hunch on an under-performing annuity, I found the only one getting rich on that was the guy who sold me the policy, and he was guiding all my money decisions. We moved to a great guy that had me so divested, I had to track accounts on an Excel spreadsheet. Not good if I died and my wife had to take over. His fees were also hidden in the commissions and maintenance costs. Finally made the big move and put all to one financial advisor that was strictly fee for performance based that invoices me quarterly. He only makes money when we do. Now in our early 50s and all those years of savings are starting to pay off. I wish I could look every 20 year old in the eye and tell them to always pay themselves first and constantly evaluate where their money is going.

I have an extremely difficult time spending money. I work so hard for it. I think I need to find a way to "give" so I can learn to release some of it.

getting into Investing to create a passive income should be every wise man priority…i made my first million from having a diversified portfolio that spread across stocks, grade bonds, coins and etfs also with the help of a full service broker handling my portfolio. smart investing is key Mr bernardmoore_official is the man.

This really made me think about how an emergency fund saved me over and over throughout my adult life. It really is one of the most important-yet overlooked- parts of financial stability.
